Lucy Nicoll

Newly-wed Lucy, 24, has been with Easyspace for 3 and a half years and enjoys working as a Domain Administrator. Without a doubt, her favourite thing about working here has been meeting her new husband, Mark, who’s part of the Systems team.

At home, Lucy has 2 kittens which take a lot of looking after, but also enjoys reading and baking – which the rest of the Registry team also enjoy the fruits of!

Growing up, Lucy couldn’t decide whether she wanted to be a midwife or a mermaid, but her dream now is to one day travel the world and come back home to set up an animal sanctuary in the countryside somewhere.

Before working for Easyspace, Lucy had a brief career as a body piercer and has been pierced more than 50 times herself!

Next up in our series of employee profiles is…

Landy Karege

Coffee-lover Landry, 23, has been with Easyspace for almost 3 years and works in our Design department.

Landry, originally from Burundi, enjoys working at Easyspace as it lets him see how the internet works from both the customer side and the supplier side and also thinks the Easyspace team are “a great bunch of people”.

He enjoys the pleasant working environment and our office working hours as it leaves his weekends free to pursue his interests of playing acoustic guitar, hand-making cards and cycling.

Landry always wanted to be an airline pilot when he was growing up but when his numbers come up on the lottery, he now wants to buy an island in the South Pacific ocean and live in his own personal paradise.

Behind the scenes at Easyspace

As part of a new series, we will bring you a short profile of some of the staff members at Easyspace in the coming weeks. Starting us off we have:

Kenny Lombardi

Kenny, 24, has been with Easyspace for almost 3 years and during that time has worked in both the technical support and customer relations teams.

He enjoys working at Easyspace and thinks that the variation involved in his job makes his job very interesting – He says “With the wide range of customers we provide services to, it means that I can speak to very interesting people from all walks of life in any given day”.

Outside of work, Kenny is keen on gardening and gaming – he’s one of the office World of Warcraft fanatics. His dream is to one day have his own record label to release recordings of his own band, which is quite a departure from his childhood dream to be an astronaut!

Kenny is always the life and soul of any Easyspace social events as you can see from his picture! Taken on our Comic Relief fund-raising day last year, you can see that Kenny is quite at home in some of his female colleague’s clothes!
