Whether you are new to running, a seasoned athlete or simply feeling energetic, participation in events like these can be incredibly fun & rewarding.
If you’re doing a charity event yourself why not set up a donation page to help you raise money from family, friends, work colleagues and your community – see virginmoney, justgiving, etc.
If you’re in training for an event such as a marathon it often helps your motivation if you create a training log. You can do this easily by setting up a blog online to update your training – WordPress hosting is a good tool to setup your online website for your training logs.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.:)
