Easyspace has announced yet another offer, as part of its November discounts on domain names. Until the end of the month, customers will be able to purchase the increasingly popular .biz domain extension with a saving of 40% on the usual price.

This offer is open to all who purchase at least one full-price top level domain, such as a .co.uk or .com and compliments a range of discounts on other domain names. Throughout November, Easyspace are offering a number of discounts, including 25% off .info, .org and .me domains, to help new and existing customers build up their domain portfolios.

.Biz is a generic top-level domain (gTLD) intended for use by businesses. It was created in 2001 to provide an alternative for businesses whose preferred domain name in .com had already been taken. The only stipulation attached to the domains is that they are used for “bona fide business or commercial use.”

A spokesperson for the company commented on this offer by saying:

“.Biz domain names are catchy, memorable and offer a great opportunity for businesses to market their site effectively to potential new audiences. As part of our current domain offers, we are offering domains with this, and a host of other suffixes at significantly reduced prices. We would advise all interested parties to register their .biz domain as soon as possible to avoid losing out.”

Easyspace announced the launch of an extensive library of easy to install SaaS applications for its virtual server range.
